My friends love anything with peanut butter in it. Here is a recipe that I brought to a recent BBQ that they loved:
Peanut Butter Brownies (Items purchased at Safeway and U Best)
2 boxes of Betty Crocker Supreme Brownie Mix = $4.00 (on sale 2 for $4)
Eggs = $1.49 (for a pack of six)
Vegtable Oil = free from previous purchase
1 cup of peanut butter (or more if desired) = free from previous purchase
Mix the brownies (both boxes) as directed. Pour half the batter into a 13x9 pan. Heat up peanut butter in microwave until soft (no more than 20 seconds will do.) Pour peanut butter into the remaining batter. Pour mixture into the pan and swirl the two batters together with a spoon a few times. Bake ten mintues longer than directed (since its technically two batches.) Enjoy.
